Poor functionality December 11, 2007

Having upgraded from XG2005 to H&B2008 to resolve compatibility issues with Vista I was sorely disappointed. Maybe not even so much with the functionality but the response from customer service, when I finally received one.
One issue I hoped to fix with the upgrade was some bizarre functionality where I could only scroll 1 direction with my wheel mouse in both account and investment windows. Well they fixed half of it. The account windows were fixed but the investment windows remain untouched.
After 3 attempts to get an answer from Intuit I finally received the following response:
"I would like to inform you that there is no problem in the investment area of Quicken, you just need to make sure that you don't have an optical mouse. Use a ball mouse to work in Quicken."
That response doesn't warrant any comments from myself. None that would be beneficial to anyone at least.
If you choose to upgrade to H&B2008, be warned. I have only recently upgraded, so I'm not sure what other bugs I'm going to find.
