Best buy ever November 18, 2008 R. Barker (England) I can highly recommend this chair, I used it with my first daughter from birth and she absolutely loved it. Now with my second 2 month old daughter we bough another one, one to keep here at home and the old one we keep at Nanny's house so she have where to sit when we are there. My baby girl loves her bouncer with the toy bar and my 3 years old daughter loves sitting on it as a rocking chair. Is good value for money since it will last you at least 3 / 4 years depending how fast your toddler reach 40 pounds. Best buy ever.
Not what I hoped. September 3, 2008 Ms. S. Eley (SE United Kingdom) I purchased this chair because i have large babys that usually reach the chairs limits before the age the chair is for. I thought it would be strong but was deeply disappointed. Definately not the normal quality I expected from FP. The seems in the chair are tearing already and my son is only 4mths. At birth there wasnt enough support so i would purchase a head support to use as my son slumps in to one side when a baby. The vibration fuction is noisy and can become annoying at times. This is a 5th child and this is definately money wasted as mine is now having to be replaces already.
Fab product - not dangerous if used with common sense August 9, 2008 Ms. Shelley Rodgers 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My daughter has the chair and she is 2 and I bought another one for my newborn. At the end of the day it is fairly obvious that a child who still needs to be strapped in should have the safety bar up. And no chair/bouncer etc should be used without supervision anyway. Such a fab product, I would reccomed to anyone. Kids can tip themselves out but that is why you just shouldn't use it without the bar up till they are older. It's not to play in, it is to sleep in, hence the calming vibrations. Don't be put off, it is worth every penny!
Infant to Toddler Rocker May 10, 2008 Llinos Jones (UK) I bought this chair for my daughter who is 5 months old. I didn't like it as the chair position wasn't that great for her now she's trying to sit up a bit more. In addition, I wouldn't leave an older baby in the chair without putting the stabiliser on as it could very easily tip over. The seat could also be a little more cushioned as it only has a plywood under the cover of the seat. Great idea for it to turn to a toddler chair later but pity the cushioning wasn't a bit better along with more positions for reclining/sitting up. Sent it straight back as I wasn't happy with it!!
I'd strongly recommend April 14, 2008 Sonya (Lancaster,Lancashire,Englang) This chair is great. I 1st bought 1 for my son when he was 4weeks old he is mow 3 1/2years & he still uses it he loves his chair he loves it that much he wouldn't give it up for his newborn sister so I got another 1 for her she love her chair too. Their great value for money as you can buy a vibrating bouncer for the same price which only lasts for 9months of age but this lasts right up to toddler age. I'd strongly recommend to anyone who is choosing a bouncer/chair for their child/baby/toddler.
