I agree with comment box not easy to open, given to my son as a present and we cracked up at him for ripping the box but in fact it was the only way for a 4 year old to do so. Not an easy jigsaw as not much colours involved in the jigsaw but challenging, parents get lumbered with difficult parts. Impressed though to see supplier made comment of better boxes, would like to buy more jigsaws of Ben 10

I really don't know why ShadowFox couldn't open the box, it was just like several puzzle boxes, you just had to rip the bottom edge and then pull apart the 2 parts of the box.
The puzzle is relly good, the quality of the pieces is great and the size is perfect for the little ones. My son enjoyed getting it done, and was very happy because he loves ben 10.
I really recommend this product, plus the price is really good for what it is.

We are the manufacturer of this product. The product originated in the USA and for that reason a sealed box was the packaging selected. However following comments from your reviewers we are now moving to a standard opening and closing box for the UK. All boxes will have moved to the new style by January 1st 2009. We would like to thank the reviewers for their comments and have acted upon resolving the box issue.

Great, cheap puzzle, but... August 17, 2008

You have to rip this apart to open it! There's no clear opening! Usually you keep the box to copy the picture, right? Well it's annoying keeping this box because it's ripped and not like a proper puzzle box. Not very well thought out at all. It's actually sealed all the way around so there's no way to open it apart from ripping, which I hate doing!
Having said that, I have still given this 2 stars because the actual puzzle is good and my son liked doing it, and says that the pictures of 'Heatblast' and 'Diamondhead' are cool.
Very disappointing considering Ben 10 is so cool but is let down by the stupid box.
