The Best Sitcom Ever October 6, 2008 D. Laurikietis (North West England) I'm not one for hyperbole but I'd be hard pressed to think of a better sit com in the canon of British comedy. You heard me! Peep Show has earned its place on the vaunted Brit Com pedestal along with Fawlty Towers, Blackadder and Only Fools and Horses. Shameless, profane, irreverent, endlessly quotable and accutely observed the quirky characters and brilliantly surreal dialogue very quickly transcend being merely funny and become hugely endearing. As with all great comedy there are great moments of human drama in these five amazing series and the acting throughout is simply perfect. I dearly love Peep Show and I'm quite certain that you will too should you ever come into contact with it!
Best comedy EVER! October 3, 2008 S. Storey 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the best tv comedy ever in my opinion. Every episode is pure class. Buy! Buy! Buy!
"That crack is really moreish" June 18, 2008 Mr. T. P. Rackham 8 out of 10 found this review helpful
Best show on television. Easily surpasses any mediocre sitcoms or comedy shows of the past decade. You will wonder what all the fuss was about with The Office, The Mighty Boosh, etc. Roll on the sixth series.
