Nice bit if kit!! June 29, 2008 Mr. John Tidmarsh (UK) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I bought it as a present for my wife. I have been a bit put off by some of the horror stories in reviews for other similar products but paid my money and hoped. I was not disappointed...my wife had it working within seconds. Easy to use, good standad of picture and reasonable functionality. The "fit to frame" function is very good. Would definately recommend to any other digital photo frame "virgin".
Very chuffed... June 4, 2008 Mr. D. Mills (Cambridge) 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
...took a bit of a gamble with this and pleased to say it's paid off. A good resolution and clear, bright screen. Great that I'm able to just pop the memory card directly into the rear of the frame and it displays the pictures. It looks great too. I wanted a frame that looked 'traditional', not a 'techno' / sliver one...if you know what I mean... Why 4 stars? Well, although the frame can display pictures straight from my memory card. They look better (and display far quicker) if I shrink them down on my PC first. i.e. my camera is about 8mp, this frame display is around .5mp I'd also like to be able to change the type of transitions between pictures. However, grumbles aside - it's not stopped me from ordering a second one!
Nice frame May 10, 2008 A. Kinsey (Tring, UK) 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
Bought as a present for a relative. Had it out of the box to test first, and it seems very good. The picture quality is excellent, and it comes with a choice of surrounds (wood effect or black plastic). The box it comes in and the frame itself gives and impression of a quality product, 20 more than another frame I bought also as a present, but definately worth the extra money.
Good value, great gadget! March 3, 2008 The milkman (Down your street) 50 out of 53 found this review helpful
I've got the Philips product, which if you read all the reviews seems to be the market leader. I bought this HP frame when the Philips was out of stock and I can safely say that it is just as good. A very sharp picture on a good-looking frame and at a reasonable price.
