After reading other reviews on delivery costs, I can only wonder why they aren't using Super Saver Delivery. I haven't paid for delivery yet on any items I have purchased, and even one ink cartridge could be delivered free. It does take slightly longer to get the goods, but I am prepared to wait if it means I don't have to pay delivery. I would encourage other customers to do the same.

Lexmark Cartridge - Post and Packing Costs August 6, 2004

Having purchased and received much need cartridges I was of course delighted that my printer is working again. The delivery was prompt as promised.

I feel however that I must say that I am extremly disappointed to be charged 10.02 for delivery, I felt this was a bit steep.

On reading the Postage Cost on my package I can see quite clearly that the cost is in actual fact 4.05. To be charged more than double the actual amount for Postage is disappointing

Internet shopping is a great benefit to me and is a saving to the customer, however I must ask is this very high charge for delivery reasonable?
