Product Description Now compatible with all full sized dock connector iPods, including the new iPod Video and iPod Nano, Griffin have again produced an excellent FM Transmitter! It sports a bright, backlit LCD display - you'll always know exactly which station you're tuned to. Setting the frequency is easy with the convenient switch on the side of the iTrip. But you won't have to adjust the settings very often -- iTrip remembers its settings for convenience. The iTrip's selectable LX or DX modes of broadcasting allows you to adjust for the absolute best possible audio under real-world conditions. Even in large cities with lots of radio stations crowding the dial, iTrip's DX Mode delivers a clear, punchy signal iTrip Dock Connector requires no batteries, drawing its power directly from the iPod, so there's never a power issue to silence your tunes.

No where near as good as I hoped! July 7, 2008 S. Miah (Birmingham, UK) I already have a wired griffin itrip and thought the wireless one would be more convenient (no wires). The sound quality is very poor compared to my wired itrip. I compared them on the same stations and my wired one was much louder and clearly. I guess ive wasted 8.87 becuase im sticking with my wired itrip! Im giving it 2 stars, becuase the gadget is neat, slick and looks kool when attached to the ipod, however, what matters is the sound quality, and unfortunately it isnt good!
Do you know french? June 29, 2008 Rossco (Manc,UK) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful

Really Good VFM! June 21, 2008 Film Junkie (St Helens) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you get a decent reception on your car radio then this is a fantastic buy. Even though I'm lacking an arial on my car it still worked with great sound quality. The main problem I've found however is if your protecting your iPod with a silicone sleeve the iTrip doesn't push all the way in so you have to remove your sleeve. Other than this I found it really good value for money!
Cheap but still disappointed! June 19, 2008 David Tripney 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Using my iTrip on my 80gb. Classic and driving a Mazda 6. Easy to set up, no problems there. After that, I was disappointed with the sound quality. A lot of interference and noise between tracks and seems to perform better depending on where you have it in the car, which is obviously dangerous if the best sound quality is found when the iPod is in the back of the car! Shouldn't have expected more really for under a tenner, but I don't think I'll be using it that often.
Very good-especially at the price! June 17, 2008 Gordon Saunders Mine arrived the other day and have been using it constantly since! At 6 it is a bargain! Especially since i saw it for 35 at a high street shop. I use it in the car and works fine, one thing you need to note is that it is powered from your iPod, so give it a few seconds before it shows a display (sometimes i need to press play before it will show a display). You do get some interference but this is reduced the closer it is to your stereo/radio (this is just what i've found). I use it with my 3rd Gen iPod nano and it works fine.
