If you are still using the rather poor headset that comes with the iPhone then do yourself a favour and buy a pair of these instead, your ears will thank you for it.
The noise-isolation of these headphones is fantastic, allowing you to listen to your music at much lower volumes than you would need to do normally to drown out exterior noise. The sound quality is very good, although there is a slight crackle in songs with very heavy bass (I have only noticed it on one song so far) and the in-line microphone has the same "answer call/pause music/skip track" functionality of the Apple iPhone headset. The in-line mic is a little large (probably around 4-5 times that of the Apple headset) and its weight can be a minor bother, but it really is a small price to pay for the overall quality of the product.

Like all other Sennheiser products I have owned, the sound quality is a joy, being crystal clear and very musical. External noise is cut almost completely. The microphone is apparently excellent; callers have been unaware I am handsfree.
I was a little concerned before purchase about the size of the microphone/button - why couldn't they make one as sleek as Apple's? It turns out to be very ergonomic. It's also on the left rather than the right. It does tend to weigh the 'phones down to the left if you wear them draped around your neck when not in use, so there's still a little room for improvement.
Right now I don't see a better pair of iPhone earbuds on the market, and I wouldn't sacrifice the high-quality listening for this minor complaint.

The sound quality of these match my previous Sennheiser in-ear buds, with superb bass and crystal clear treble and are also very comfortable in the ears.
The microphone/button is smaller than it looks in the photo, and works exactly like the standard iPhone white headphones (answer calls, pause music, skip tracks etc)
If you wear them properly (with the longer side around the back of your neck, they don't pull out of your ears at all. I suspect the previous poster was not using them as the manufacturer intended!
All in all, these are very good headphones. Everything you would expect with the additional iPhone functionality you crave.
I got mine delivered in super quick time too, and can recommend the seller highly.
Works great with my iPhone 3g, also would fit an iPhone 2g as the jack plug is slim.

These earphones are terrible. The mic is too close to the shorter ear piece and too heavy. This means that it constantly pops the earpiece out of your ear. I've even tried my ear buds off of my old CX300's which were perfect, but it still pops out.
Sound quality is great, but it has no value if you can't keep the buds in your ear!
