I have tried this product for 2 weeks and have had little or no resutls. Cats seems to love this product. After installing my cat repelant the very next day my neighbour's kitten camed up to it, smelled it and gave it a good lick. Cats are still visiting my garden as they please. I am very very disappointed.

I got this about 3 weeks ago for the back garden. To begin with the cats came really close to it and still came in the garden, it made no difference. But now they have started to avoid the part closest to the gardman. However it says it should cover a 200m patch and I haven't found this to be the case, the cats still come and sit in the back of the garden (which is about 15m long). So it hasn't fully resolved the issue, but they are a lot less likely to come over the fence.

This product works just fine, installed it by the pond and haven't seen any cats since, however, the squirells, birds and any dogs that come round aren't bothered by it at all.
The documentation, does state that some cats may lay down next to the device and this is a dominant fight the cat is having with the device, but the cat should soon get bored or fed up with the noise and leave. It all depends on the cat I guess.

Bought 2,placed one on the house wall by the patio, and the local cats walked around the corner then ran along the patio to a spot out of range. The main problem was the dead birds, the second device I placed on a fence near the bird feeders, I realised when two cats were camped under the bird feeder it wasn't effective. I moved the second device to immediately in front of the feeders, no more cats and no more dead birds.
