    Product Description
The Laserchase TM is a new device, manufactured by Scoobee that literally focuses on what cats find most stimulating, light. It's a great way of entertaining and exercising your cat! By giving the owner control of a low intensity laser beam, cats immediately switch to hunting mode and have no hesitation in chasing it around until they are exhausted. Not only do they get a workout, but what an excellent way to sharpen their reactions and relieve boredom it is. To add to that, it is surprisingly funny to watch too. The new Laserchase TM has the following great features: Rotating dial to give you 12 different laser shapes to amuse your cat. Two flashing novelty LEDs for extra stimulation and fun! Handy key ring to keep your Laserchase TM handy at all times. Be amazed as your cat chases the shapes all over the house. Great present for your cat or someone you know who has a cat. Low intensity laser. Certified for use in the UK. Comes complete with 3 cell batteries. Iinstructions included detailing how to use your Laserchase TM. VERY IMPORTANT LASERS MUST NOT BE POINTED DIRECTLY INTO YOUR CATS EYES

4 out of 5 stars Hours of fun   August 25, 2008

Our two kittens love this, and so does everyone that plays with them using it. They race around, lift up paws slowly to see if they've caught it, run around in circles, and anything else we can think of trying to get them to do. It entertains them, makes us laugh and tires them out.
The only problem I have with it is the two LEDs 'for added stimulation', the cats never see them as they are to busy attempting to catch the red dot in the water bowl (or wherever it happens to be at the time) and all they seem to do is drain the battery really quickly, which means more expense for us. But all in all great toy.

My five month old kitten loves this toy. He goes 'absolutely psychotic.' I only use it for about five minutes at a time though due to the excessive energy my kitten exerts and my sides need to recovery from laughing so much. The toy works well outside at night too. If you have an energetic kitten or cat you NEED this gadget.

My cat goes absolutely mad for a laser pointer. She runs in circles until she is dizzy, and screams around the house like something out of tom and jerry. There are plenty of examples on youtube.com if you want an example. I expect it's best to introduce this as a kitten, as they are much more playful. If your cat has been overfed for the last ten years and sleeps 23 hours a day, it may be a little less inclined to take up sprinting!

Our cat Dinki is either A) very ignorant or B) like most cats (As scientifically proven) Colourblind to red!!!

"the domestic cat probably sees some blues and greens but not reds in the same way that we do-- they probably look gray. "

Aaaaagh! The Idea of it is great... but any chance you could make a blue one???

My cat loves chasing the red dot, its also a great form of exercise. I tend to hide either some treats or catnip so after running I take the laser to the hiding place....
