I bought this vacuum based on reviews I read on the internet.
The suction is good but it's just such hard work to use and is very noisy! The vacuum is very heavy and you need to be quite strong to stretch the stair hose up an average flight of stairs. I think the vacuum is good value for money and I would probably be happier if I hadn't just tried to hoover the stairs,the vacuum has fallen down 4 times (It's too big to sit on the winders!)

What's to say about a vacuum cleaner? Bought this after being impressed by the reviews. Does what it says on the tin brilliantly.

After my 10 year Electrolux vacuum decided it had had enough of life on earth, I did quite a bit of searching reviews etc before coming up with this one. Although a bit wary of Morphy Richards (not exactly renowned for their vacuums and stocked in very few places) I was persuaded purely on the strength of these reviews and so far, I am thrilled. The suction is great (I had a 1300 before and this is noticeably better) - and after one vacuuming session, I can't believe how much it picked up. It is easy to see when it needs emptying, which is a quick and easy process. It is also purple and looks lovely! (typical girl comment I know...)If there are are negatives, then I would say it is not particularly lightweight, nor it is exceptionally quiet - but this doesn't really matter to me as my previous one was even heavier and noisier! On the whole, a great purchase and shows the benefits of real customer reviews.

i wanted a bagless powerful smallish cleaner and bought this model after reading the excellent reviews. while i agree with all the comments on its power may i add that the cleaner is quite large and quite heavy to manouvre around for the smaller property.one of the few penalties of buying on line .

Owned hoover for few months now and it is well built and does a good job. Quite heavy compared to cheepo model we had previously, but more than makes up for it re lower sound and better suction.
