Before I got married I was size 8/10 and used to go to the gym practically every night and very rarely ate a full meal in the evenings. After getting married in 2006 I have stopped going to the gym, i have a full evening sit down meal with my hubby and eat constantly throughout the day, the moment I get into the office I'm thinking about breakfast, then snacks, then lunch, then snacks.. etc etc you get the picture, now i'm size 14 and hating it but I can't seem to break this constant craving for food. I have tried dieting the normal way but I don't seem to be able to stick to it, the cravings are there all the time still. A colleague of mine at work is trying an american tablet that cost her 80 for 2 months supply, these Hoodia diet max cost me about 7 and they are fantastic.
It took a few days for them to start to get into my system, I have been taking them for about a week now and am now experiencing a dramatic difference in my eating habits. I no longer think about food in the same way. I never really feel hungry, but I do eat at the appropriate times as although I want to lose weight this is not an excuse to starve myself and get sick. But I am not craving inappropriate food such as crisps and chocolate and biscuits which were my downfall. When I get to work I eat a banana and that's enough! I can go to nearly 2pm for my lunch and I may have something small when I get home, I have stopped snacking full stop. I can't say I have noticed the weight fall off but it is early days and with my dramatic reduction in calories it is just a matter of time.
I have had no side effects atall and have even noticed that i no longer feel bloated or get tummy pains which I did because i was eating rubbish.
I cannot praise these pills enough, they have changed my whole outlook of food and although they may not work for everyone I certainly think they are worth a try. I personally can't believe these have been such a secret!

THIS DOES WORK! I have lost 5 and a half stone and i am fitter than ever, and i am finally able to run round after my 4 children! this HAS changed my life.
It took maybe 3 days to get into my system but then the change was amazing, no more eating for the sake of it, I actually threw half my Sunday dinner away! I have never done this in my life, my kids and partner were open mouthed!
I lost 4 lb in the first week!
Trust me i have tried everything, I used trim secrets for 4 months and i just stayed the same weight but was able to eat what i wanted so it didnt curb my appetite. If you have NO will power and eat for eating sake rather than nutritional need then this is the pill for you!
I have gone from a size 20 to a 12 in 9 months.

I think i eat considerably healthy most of the time, my problem is I dont feel as though ive had a meal unless its of desperate dan size proportions! this pill has freaked me out as i have already had to throw away half a hotdog today half a baked potato friday and over half of my weekly saturday chinese!! whats happening to me? lol! only been taking them a week but i can already feel the difference dont know if its all in my head but who cares, their working for me!

Made from natural ingredients, i felt safe taking these pills but wasnt convinced if they were actually going to work. i took the suggested dose, one tablet 30 minutes before eating every meal, and if you eat slowly, you can feel yourself getting full. i found i couldnt finish some large meals, and felt less like snacking. i used to eat so much and not really think about it, these pills have definatly stopped me from eating more than i need to. They take a while to start working, but i have lost a little bit of weight.
