    The sauna arrived in good time and the unit is everything the manufacturer claims.
    It is well designed and of good construction.

    I was particulally concerned that the seat might be too flimsy to take my 19st weight. I need not have worried as the it not only sturdy, but also comfortable.
    I intend to use it combined with exercise, and sensible eating for weight loss. - highly recommended
