i was unsure about buying this as its only had 2 reveiws, however i thought id give it a go so i purchased a tub.
now i do go to the gym but after taking 1 capsule 2 times a day for 3 days like it says i noticed i lost a inch in my trouser size now this could be down to the gym use i do or could be down to the capsules that i do not know but however they do give you one hell of a boost before going to the gym so i strongly advice anyone to use them as a energy supplement rather than a fat loss product, hope this has helped you.
(oh there is a table on the back which you can follow its 1-3 days take 2 capsules a day then its 2 more for the next 3 days then another 2 for the days so on day 9 you should be on 6 capsules a day.

I've tried all types of fat burners, thermobol, phedra cut, lipovox, fat stripper, CLA, Green tea pills, everything. But hydroxycut hardcore has been the only one that has suppressed my appetite. I bought it in New York and I was used to having pancake breakfasts finishing them without a problem. Now, back home, I can't even it 1 weetabix! I don't feel hungry at any time in day, I work at a restaurant so I don't eat lunch but i still don't feel hungry. It also keeps metabolism high so it doesn't decrease with such low calorie intake... Oh also did i tell you that I lost 1/2 a stone in a week?

We bought our first tub of the Hardcore in New York a little while back and the one thing I remember was how sick we were after the first couple of doses. Stomach Cramps, Nausea, the lot...
After a few days of being afraid to try them again, we did but at a lower dose. After building it up after a few days we really started to feel the thermogenic effect and the nausea was gone.
All in all, it seems to be a great product. Definately give it a try, but dont start off with the 6 caps a day as recommended!
