'Le Creuset 'Poterie' or 'Stoneware' is oven/microwave/freezer safe. Stain and scratch resistant. Can be used in microwave/combination ovens/ conventional ovens and grills.'
Stoneware dishes are so versatile that it is easy to find a reason to have all sizes, and this dish is no exception. Stunning to look at, both in the oven and on the centre of the table! Easy to clean/dishwasher safe, too - but bear in mind that it cannot be used on direct heat!
The only question is which colour to choose, if satin blue isn't your favourite! See the other choices on Amazon!

I won't bore you with lots of technical details that, frankly, arn't required. All i need to say is this; i love this item! My dad bought it for me for my birthday & it was the best thing i got. So far i've made fish pie, macaroni cheese, bread & butter pudding & used it for making stuffing. It's excellent & i don't really know why i didn't think of getting one myself. As with all Le Creuset it's very versatile, the only thing you can't do is put it straight onto the heat like over open flames or on cooking rings other than that it's perfect & i wouldn't want to live without it.
A great item for under 20 quid!
