This had no effect on my Moles, in fact they seem to have gathered around it a bit as though it's some kind of Mole iPod!

1 out of 5 stars Absolutely Useless   April 28, 2008

This device is absolutely useless. All instructions followed carefully and after two weeks I have more tunnels than in the film the Great Escape, all within 1ft of the device. A total waste of money.

1 out of 5 stars Mole scarer   January 4, 2008

We have 3 mole scarers in our garden; one battery powered and 2 solar powered. It is safe to say that they do not scare moles as one was almost pushed out by a mole coming up. Our garden looks like the Somme on a bad day and with 3 scarers going it just gets worse.

3 out of 5 stars Lets look at the advantages and disadvantages of this   September 9, 2007

    Advantages:
    - It works 'ok'
    - Solar powered so no extra costs
    - You will have less mole hills

    Disadvantages:
    - Instead of a mole hill you'll have a stupid bit of plastic in your lawn
    - In seasons of low light it is not as efficent
    - You can miss the green plastic when mowing the lawn and then 'BANG', there goes a mower.

Personally I found the Mole Deterrer 2700APX by Huskins Gardens to be more efficent.
