Product Description
The Garden Room With polyester cover sets, that are water resistant, UV stabilised to 100uv/hrs and fire retarded, Frames aluminium the leg posts are 90mm round supporting a two track curtain system. The roof frame is pop clipped into place at the ridge with top vent supports and secured to the track frame with studs and screws at all points to give a robust frame capable of withstanding strong winds. The rooms must be fixed down via the 225mm round base pads, to prevent lifting and topple damage. They can be fixed to decking or patios. The Curtains detail There are 2 types of curtain design that come complete with the Garden Room, the inner most is a full length fly-net with sewn in polyester trims for strength designed for dining without bug nuisance. The outer curtain is a privacy polyester curtain designed to block view on any side and lock-up that expensive furniture or spa. All the curtains come with tie-backs sewn in positions that allow tying back unused curtains as required. The Canopy detail The Canopy is Polyester and has water drainage holes to prevent the water from pooling and damaging the stitching. The top roof vent has fly net across the opening. (Please note you should remove covers in heavy snow conditions to avoid stitching damage to roof and curtains, due to extra weight). Maintenance and Warranties The garden room is designed to stay up all year round, the framework is simple wipe clean as required, the curtains and canopy is jet wash friendly and we recommend washing as required. The whole unit is covered by a manufacturers warranty of 12 months, however we do carry all spares for this product within the UK should you require the need.
