I've had my Frye's for a couple of years now, and I love them! I have the belted harness style, in black. They are such a cool looking boot, and surprisingly, they look great with both jeans, skirts or dresses. I don't have a wide foot, but i have a high instep, and I ordered my regular size, they fit fine. However I always buy my shoes a bit bigger than what I measure. I love the fact that they are American made. I have several pairs of Frye boots, (I'm a Frye junkie, I own 7 pair) I've never been disappointed in them. I also have these in the 8R style, they have a narrower fit, and I don't find them quite as comfortable. I have the harness mule as well, and found that they run looser than the boot. I highly recommend the Frye 12R harness boot!

I've had these boots for 2 years now and absolutely love them. I wear them all thru fall and winter and they look awesome. Worth the money -they'll last forever.

This product is so comfortable and encases your feet in solid protection and support. It also looks sassy with dresses and skirts. Highly recommended and worth the investment.
I have to say when I took these out of the box my first comment outloud was "good thing i love em cause im going to have em for ten years." As stated on site, order half size down. I am a size 7 regularly, and the 6.5 is perfect.
Also, I am thankful these are made in the USA and are of much higher quality and durability that some of the junk coming from Asia.

Wow! Does not begin to explain how great these boots really are! I followed the advice from many of the other reviewers and went with a half size smaller (I'm usually an 8 and I went with a 7 1/2) this proved to be perfect. I also have very muscular calves and have never found a boot with ample enough room these are them! Right out of the box the quality was obvious, the leather was soft like butter and the stitching was magnificent. I needed these boots for school as a welder and for play! They have held up to the abuse I have shown them and with a little saddle soap to clean them up I can wear them out on the town the same day. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone for work, school or play! I will enjoy them for many years to come!
