    I bought 2 of these sweaters for my hubby to Golf in. The charcoal one arrived along w/ a long sleeve, button up sweater. When I called the company - they arranged for a UPS pick-up. It never came.

    I called back and it was arranged for the following day.

    WEEKS later, still no sweater. BTW, I should also add that they would not just ship it out to me - they had to receive the OTHER sweater, even though it was their MISTAKE.

    I call the company again and find out (after being on HOLD FOREVER) that my sweater arrived but I was not sent one b/c "someone put the paperwork on a persons desk that was on vacation". Oh.

    FINALLY, they sent us a new sweater. I thought after all that, they should have refunded me my money too.

    I was very pleased with the cotton sweater vest ordered from Jos. A. Banks through Amazon. The quality was excellent, the price outstanding, and the service very prompt. It arrived within days of placing the order.
