The description of this item is somewhat lacking, so here's some more info. This is a Taggies product, which I suppose you could guess from all the tags in the photo, but I wasn't sure until I received it. Here is the full description of the bumper from the Taggies site:

That being cleared up, I'd just like to say that it's very cute in person, and not totally over-stimulating like all those flashing, beeping, battery-powered crib toys out there. The only thing I had a little problem with was the crinkly aspect of the bumper. My 4-month-old has started rolling over in her crib (making me a nervous wreck), and when she pushes against this bumper, the crinkling wakes her up. I've tied it to the side of the crib at her head now, so she can play with it when she's on her belly, but can't accidentally run into it in the night. Much better.
