4 out of 5 stars Good conditioner, still waiting for full results   July 10, 2008

I've been using this product as soon as I got it. It's a HUGE jar! It's really helped smooth my hair, as mine is Korean and very coarse and dry. Another thing: it's been permanently dyed numerous times so my hair isn't in that great shape. But since I've been using this, I've noticed my hair has stopped breaking as much and it's smoothing out. I don't know if it will fix the damage completely, but it's definitely improving it. Maybe I'll have to keep using it a little longer.

This is so easy to use and really is hair saving stuff. I bought the biggest size the second time around.

I've been buying this product at this size for years now, and have nothing but wonderful experiences!

And I've tried everything. My best friend works at a discount beauty product store and I've bought many different types of Conditioner...even the White Truffle stuff from Alterna that Jennifer Aniston uses and costs $50 a little bottle. Nothing compares to Biologe.

5 out of 5 stars Pricey, but worth it!   May 15, 2007

First, let's start with a little bit about me. I am a woman of color with chemically relaxed and color treated hair. That said, it should come as no surprise that my hair can, at times, be dry and overstressed from the chemicals and heat that I add to it.
In to save the day comes Biolage Hydrating and Ultra Hydrating lines of products. As someone who only visits the salon monthly to every six weeks for relaxers and trims,I take care of my hair at home. This hair care consists of washing every 7-10 days with Biolage Hydrating Shampoo, followed with this conditioning balm which I leave on the hair and sit under a hood dryer, if I'm pressed for time I leave it in for the recommended 1-3 minutes, rinse and follow with my regular hair care regimen.

I love this stuff so much as my hair has been able to recover from the abuse, courtesy of the chemical treatments,I subject it to. It's so good that even my stylist asked me what I was using at home and stated that she was equally pleased with the results the products provided.
Although the products can be pricey, I justify the expense by eliminating a weekly visit to the salon for a wash and set that I can do in the convenience of my own home.
I like to buy them in large quantities, 33 oz. or more, from my local wholesale club and one retail outlet so I get a real bang for my buck.Since its so thick a little product goes a long way. If you're like me and know you've done your hair a disservice with the chemical and heat treatments, try pampering yourself and your hair with a line of products that will produce the desired results time and time again.
