Took forever to find eyebrow dye in America, I got this one with out the peroxide because I thought it was going to be cheaper, then realized that I can't get the 10% peroxide in America, so went and bought another brand that is cheaper and comes with all the components that you have to mix together. I will probably still use it when I can find some 10% peroxide that isn't as expensive as this brand wants to sell it for.
