This paper works well with our septic system; no plugging of the trap as the usual paper sold in the grocery store did. A good product for country septic systems.

Unless you use a large amount of this toilet paper (eliminating any savings) it dissolves as you are using it, particularly inconvenient for the female of the species. The worst one-ply I have ever used.
Go find the puppy paper,my kids love it and it is comfortable for the Mommy Cottonelle For Kids Toilet Paper, Prints, Case Pack, Four - 12 Roll Packs (48 Rolls) Perfect for toilet training too!
 Great option for septic systems February 8, 2008
It's not super cushiony-soft, but if you're concerned about your septic system, this TP is an excellent choice. Not super scratchy, like some of the recycled brands, either.

This stuff ain't worth it spend a few extra pennies and get Seventh Generation. Seventh Generation is stronger and dissolves better not to mention 7th generation is made from post consumer recycled paper

This stuff really does dissolve quickly! We added 2 new bathrooms to our home & the pipes kept on getting stuffed up with toilet paper & backing up. A nightmare, plus horrendous plumbing bills every few months. I started buying Scott Rapid-Dissolving Bathroom Tissue almost a year ago & we haven't had any back-ups or stuffed up pipes. This product cost more than others, but it's been worth it for us.
