Used frequently in baby blankets and plush dolls, Velboa is a synthetic fabric that is extremely soft, and almost fur-like. Being synthetic lends to its practical use given its stain-resistant and machine-washable properties. Even though it was made for Basic Comfort changing pads, the Ultra Plush changing pad cover will fit standard 16-by-34-inch changing pads and accommodates security straps as well. We purchased this cover for our Nightstar Eco-Friendly Contour Changing Pad. It fits well and is incredibly soft. I recommend paying attention the the costs of the different colors as some are more expensive or do not qualify for free shipping. The color we chose was ecru and it looks just like the picture. We plan to purchase additional covers like this one.
