Great support but improve the seat strapNovember 19, 2008 J. Egeland I bought four backrest cushions from Amazon. This is the best of the three less expensive cushions. I keep this cushion on my computer chair. The backrest aligns my spine and cradles my back to keep me sitting upright. I've read the reviews complaining about the elastic strap. I would have paid more to get a strap that clicks together and can be snugged tight.

Build quality is a little shoddy, and the strap is permanently stretched after a weeks worth of use. I'd recommend this one instead:Angel Sales PosturePro Lumbar Support. It's much more comfortable, and better made.

This does help me to keep my posture when sitting. It has an elastic band to wrap around the chair back. Its loose on my work chair so I have to adjust it often. If the band was adjustable it would be better but I am happy with it.

This back rest works great for me and has eased a lot of my back pain; I can't sit comfortably without it anymore. I would like it better if it was taller but I usually just move it up depending on the chair i'm sitting in.
