Programming was easy. But it does not seem to work with my Genie Intellicode purchased in 1997 or so.
There is no toll free number. I have emailed them by completing a form.
I might have to return the remote.

Remote is easy to program and works great. Buttons have a good feel, backlite is bright and it uses a standard 9 volt battery.

The best feature of the Chamberlain keypad is that it requires no additional wiring for installation. Once you program the keypad to your garage door opener, it's ready to attach (2 screws). It took me a couple tries to complete the programming, due to the fact I was not fully depressing the numbers on the keypad when programming the code. I would highly recommend.

Since this is a universal opener, the setup page is a little big. But once you figure out the type of garage door opener you have, set up and installation are easy, and it's worked quite well for the past few months.

I purchased this item for the garage door opener at work. Although it works well, the buttons don't always respond when pressed. Otherwise I am happy with the purchase.
