    Synopsis:

Mick St. John is a captivating, charming -- and immortal -- private investigator from Los Angeles who defies the traditional bloodsucking norms of his vampire tendencies by using his wit and powerful supernatural abilities to help the living. In a life-altering twist of fate, Mick was bitten 60 years ago by his then-new bride, the seductive Coraline. Forever 30 years of age, Mick is as handsome and charismatic as the day he was "turned," and he eschews others of his kind who view humans only as a source of nourishment. With only a handful of like-minded confidantes for company, including the eternally young, wealthy and mischievous Josef, a hedge-fund trader who relishes his uniqueness, Mick fills his infinite days protecting the living, including beautiful, ambitious Internet investigative reporter Beth Turner.

This is a show that gets under your skin and you find yourself falling in love with the characters: Mick St. John, reluctant vampire that speaks with his eyes and his voiceovers, has a good heart and is a consummate gentleman; Beth Turner, beautiful gutsy and inquisitive Internet reporter; Josef Kostan, 400-yearold cynical vampire with a secret soft spot, plus other sidekicks such as Guillermo, the coroner and supplier of Mick's blood and Logan the Guitar Hero playing computer geek. All of this set to crime solving, vampire action scenes and of course a budding romance with so much chemistry it's achingly beautiful and touching. This show has it all -- oh, also humor! I mean it has it all!!!

Moonlight is a wonderful series with a lot going for it. I hope another station will pick this series up soon! The Vamps/Romance/Action/Witty....the best show out in a long time. Actors Alex/Sophia/Jason & extras are all wonderful.

Of course I saw it on TV but had to have it to watch over and over again. Love all the episodes but this one is the very best. What is not to love about Mick, Josef, Beth and their friends who all appear in this episode.

Boy...Guess I've been living under a rock...It took my favorite series being cancelled for me to discover I could download it. Moonlight is a re-telling of the classic "star crossed lovers" / "private eye" drama with a twist. Sure, comparisons will be made to past series. But Moonlight offers so much more!!!!!!!! [...]
